My Recipient Count is "1". How can I change it?

When you send out an email using overall tracking, you may notice that the recipient count registers as 1. This can happen when using a Hidden Distribution List, meaning ContactMonkey cannot see your recipients. However, you can change it so you can still get accurate metrics for your email.




To change this, simply hover over the "recipient" count until you see the pencil icon, and edit the recipient list. 

After changing the number of recipients, refresh the page, and your data in percentages will be updated accordingly.
