ContactMonkey works on top of your existing Outlook 365 configurations. For example, if your IT team hasn't allowed your mailbox to send to all-employee distribution lists, ContactMonkey will not be able to send out the communications. To avoid back and forth with IT and give your team ownership of contacts, ContactMonkey has released List Management.
This feature allows customers to create a directory of recipients within the ContactMonkey platform, and allows internal communications teams to segment lists based on different characteristics. This recipient directory is shared across both our Mail and SMS products.
