With ContactMonkey's Saved Reports, you can create custom reports that you can easily access at any time. We'll suggest some basic reports to build and give you step-by-step instructions on how to build them below.

Getting Started
This article will make the most sense if you first read Analyzing Your Email Performance.
You'll need to understand the basics of Saved Reports, filters, and columns.
Reporting is available for all ContactMonkey Internal Communications plan levels.
Depending on your role permissions within ContactMonkey, access to your organizations reporting and analytics may vary:

- User: You can view, save, download, edit, and delete reports for your own emails only.
- Manager: You can view, edit, and download email performance data for all Users on your Team and create Saved Reports for yourself only.
- Administrator or Owner: You can view edit, and download reporting for all Teams and Users within your organization and create Saved Reports for yourself only.

Suggested Reports
Team-based email performance: open rates and click-through rates
This report will give insight into a Teams open rates and click rates.
Permissions note: You must be a Team Manager, Owner, or Administrator to build this report.
Steps:
- Select the Team whose data you want to build a Saved Report for using the Viewing dropdown in the top navigation bar
- At this time you cannot view combined data for all teams within ContactMonkey. You would need to export and manually combine the data.
Columns to have on: | Filters to apply |
Campaign Summary - Subject Line - Sent By - Recipients
Opens/Clicks - Open Rate % - Click Rate % |
- Any time-based condition that you may wish to apply such as: Sent at --> In range of Jan 1 2023 to March 31 2023

Top-performing emails with the highest open rates (%)
Steps:
- Select the Team whose data you want to build a Saved Report for using the Viewing dropdown in the top navigation bar
- At this time you cannot view combined data for all teams within ContactMonkey. You would need to export and manually combine the data.
Columns to have on | Filters to apply |
Campaign Summary - Subject Line - Sent By - Recipients
Opens/Clicks - Open Rate % - Click Rate % |
Any filters desired such as time based, sender based, or others.

Adjust your columns and apply your filters, then click on column header Open Rate to sort the Open Rate from ⬇ highest to lowest.
Worst-performing emails with the lowest open rates (%)
Follow the steps above, but use the sort arrow pointed up ⬆ to sort from lowest to highest:
Compare campaign reports
Comparing campaign performances can allow you to perform A/B testing and see what works for your audience.
Steps:
