I can't sign in to ContactMonkey's sidebar in Gmail - I'm in a loop!


Don't fret. We've got you covered! If you click the Sign in with Google button, then authorize, then click Continue to Dashboard and are met with the Sign in with Google button again, you're in a loop. It's actually very simple to solve. You probably have cookies disabled. Follow these instructions to get the sidebar to appear:

  1. In the Chrome address bar enter chrome://settings
  2. Near the bottom of the page, click Show advanced settings.
  3. In the "Privacy" section, click Content settings.
  4. To enable cookies, select Allow local data to be set.

Note: if you have ticked Block third-party cookies and site data, untick the box, then click on Manage exceptions then add contactmonkey.com to the list and Allow.

Now go through the Sign In with Google process again, and your sidebar should appear!
