I can't sign in to ContactMonkey's sidebar in Gmail - I'm in a loop!

Don't fret. We've got you covered! If you click the Sign in with Google button, then authorize, then click Continue to Dashboard and are met with the Sign in with Google button again, you're in a loop. It's actually very simple to solve. You probably have cookies disabled. Follow these instructions to get the sidebar to appear:

  1. In the Chrome address bar enter chrome://settings
  2. Near the bottom of the page, click Advanced
  3. In the "Privacy and security" section, click Content settings
  4. To enable cookies, select Allow sites to save and read cookie data

Note: if you have ticked Block third-party cookies, then click on Allow then add contactmonkey.com to the list then Add.

Now go through the Sign In with Google process again, and your sidebar should appear!
