When sending an email to multiple recipients can ContactMonkey tell who opened the email?

Unfortunately the answer is No. ContactMonkey isn’t able to tell you who among multiple recipients has opened your email. This is because when sending an email to multiple people they all receive the same email message, and in that message only one tracking code is used. So we wouldn't know which of your recipients actually opened it. In some cases you can tell who opened the email based on the location and device information.

You can, however, use Outlook's mail merge feature with ContactMonkey to track your mass emails. It's ridiculously simple. You can read more about Outlook's mail merge feature here.
