We've seen this before, don't worry! You're probably running an old version of Internet Explorer, in most cases it will be Internet Explorer Version 8.
Even if you don't personally use the Internet Explorer browser, your Outlook does for displaying ContactMonkey!
It's best to upgrade to the latest version of Internet Explorer which is currently (version 11).
This will ensure the proper look & feel of ContactMonkey's sidebar. You can download the latest version of Internet Explorer from Microsoft's website.
Once you've installed the new version, simply restart Outlook.
Everything should be back to normal!
