Does your sidebar look like this?
Don't worry we are here to help! The error has to do with the display settings in Windows. The instructions below will show you how to change your display settings so that the problem can be fixed.
To make the text on your screen larger or smaller:
Open Screen Resolution by clicking the Start button , clicking Control Panel, and then, under Appearance and Personalization, click "Display".
You will then see the three options below. Pick the "Smaller" option
Smaller - 100% (default).
Medium - 125%.
Larger - 150%.
To see the change, close all of your programs and then log off of Windows. This change will take effect the next time you log on.
If the above solution doesn't fix your issue try this:
- Open your Internet Explorer browser, it is recommended to have the latest version installed.
- Click Settings in the top right hand side of the page.
- Now click on Zoom.
- Click and change the % to 100%.
- Restart your Outlook email client, it should now display ContactMonkey in the correct format, please use the image below as a reference.
One newer versions of Outlook, You may also want to try this:
You may have enabled touchscreen options in outlook which have caused scaling issues with the sidebar. See image below:
To resolve his please add the Touch/Mouse Mode button to the Quick Access Toolbar and switch to Mouse to turn off the touch bar. See image below:
