Why is my Salesforce within ContactMonkey blank?

  1. Open your Internet explorer, internet explorer feeds into Outlook even though it may not be your default browser.
  2. Now click the Tools button, and then tap or click Internet options.
  3. Tap or Click the Advanced tab, and then tap or click Reset.
  4. In the Reset Internet Explorer Settings dialog box, tap or click Reset.
  5. When Internet Explorer finishes applying default settings, tap or click Close, and then tap or click OK. You'll need to restart your PC for these changes to take effect.
  6. When your PC restarts, re-open Outlook and now when you log into Salesforce via ContactMonkey it should display correctly.
