Customers with SMS Sending and Email Internal Communications are unaffected by this issue.
Update May 1, 2024: ContactMonkey has made a recent change, and this issue should no longer occur for SMS-Only Customers
SMS-only customers cannot access the SMS dashboard from their regular ContactMonkey dashboard once they log in.
Customers will notice that the SMS button appearing when they click on their name in the top right corner is missing.
Customers can workaround this issue by accessing the SMS dashboard directly through a url.
The URL should be in the format
https://app.contactmonkey.com/teams/[OrgID]/stats/sms_campaigns/compose
The OrgID can be found once you have signed in by looking at your URL and seeing the numbers immediately after the https://app.contactmonkey.com/teams/ portion of the URL.
