If you need to refresh your Google OAuth access, follow the steps below to revoke ContactMonkey access and then grant access again.
Revoking ContactMonkey Access
- Click on this link to view the apps associated with your Google account.
- Find ContactMonkey and click on it.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page and find "Delete all connections you have with ContactMonkey".
- Click Confirm in the popup that appears.
Granting ContactMonkey Access
Option 1
- Go to your ContactMonkey Dashboard (US | EU | AU | CA) and log out if you are still signed in by clicking your name in the top right corner and clicking Log Out.
- You can then sign in again using "Log in with Google". You must grant ContactMonkey access in order to send campaigns.
Option 2
- Go to your ContactMonkey Dashboard (US | EU | AU | CA) and click on your name in the top right corner
- Click Settings in the dropdown
- Click Integrations in the left sidebar
- Find the GSuite Integration card and click Sign In
- Make sure to check Select all when prompted to select what ContactMonkey can access
