How to Send a desktop Mail Merge for Internal Communications


Sending a desktop MailMerge could not be simpler.

Here's how:


Step 1: Click "Mail Merge on the Desktop" option.


Step 2: Upload your CSV or insert your distribution list into the "to" field and Preview. 


Step 3: Click send and Continue to use Outlook as your Mail Merge is sent. 


Note: If you are using a CSV your name will be inserted into the "To" field as a place holder. You do not have to remove it or add anything.
