With our new sidebar, you no longer need to export your HTML before sending it with Outlook Non365. Yet, this is still an option for you. You will see how to download the email as an HTML file and how to upload it into ContactMonkey for sending.
Before following these steps:
Remember to finalize your email in the builder. Making changes to the HTML code after uploading it in Outlook will create errors once you send.
- In the template builder, select one of your created templates.
-
Click the arrow beside "Save & Exit". Next, click "Export as HTML," and the template will be downloaded.
- From there, go to Outlook and select Internal Communications:
-
Select the download arrow next to the search bar. This will open a new window, where you can then upload the HTML.
