If you are having difficulties tracking or using our tool, and have already been through troubleshooting steps with no success, we may ask you to send us log files. A log file is a record of all activity for a particular software. Essentially, it provides our developers with a a 'behind the scenes' look at what's going on with our tool.
To send log files, click "ContactMonkey" on the Outlook ribbon in your inbox, and click the orange “Send Log Files” button.
This should open up a new message to support@contactmonkey.com, with the version of our tool and your email in the subject line. Please include a description of the issues you are facing, and screenshots of your sidebar, dashboard, or inbox where possible. This will help us pinpoint your issue and direct your inquiries to the relevant member of our support and development teams.
