Outlook Office 365/OWA
To insert your email into your communication:
Open Outlook
Click New Email on the top left corner
Click the ContactMonkey icon on the top right corner. This will open up the sending sidebar.
The last 10 emails that you have created will appear directly under the Emails header in the sidebar. To insert, simply click the arrow on the left hand side of your desired email.
Note: you can filter the sidebar to show emails you have created, or anyone on your team has created. If you are trying to access an email that was created by a different team than you, you'll need to replicate the email first and share it with yourself to access it.
Outlook Desktop - COM Add-in
To insert your email into your communication:
Open Outlook
Click the Internal Communications icon on the top right corner of your Outlook and let the new window open.
The last 5 emails that you have created will appear directly under the Emails header in the sidebar. To insert, simply click the arrow on the left hand side of your desired email.

Gmail
Chrome Extension:
To insert your email into your communication:
Open Gmail
Click the Internal Comms button on the ContactMonkey taskbar. This will open a new message window.
Click the templates button on the new message window that opened. The last 5 templates that you have created will appear directly on your sending sidebar. To insert, simply click the arrow on the right hand side of your desired email.
Dashboard Sending:
Open the ContactMonkey dashboard and go to your "Emails" tab.
Click the "Compose and Send" button to being the sending process.
Step 5 will prompt you to choose an email created by your or someone else on your team.
