How to Uninstall ContactMonkey?

If you are looking to remove ContactMonkey from your email, follow the instructions below based on your current email platform.

Outlook 365 – Web add-in

1. Open the Outlook app
2. Navigate to the Add-ins section of the Home ribbon.
3. Click the Get Add-ins button and click My add-ins from the tab on the left.
4. From here, find ContactMonkey, click the three dots, and select Remove.

OWA

1. Open Outlook via your browser.
2. Open a New Message, scroll to the menu options under the body of the email, and click the three dots at the end of the row.
   
   
3. Click the Get Add-ins button and click My Add-ins from the tab on the left.
4. From here, find ContactMonkey, click the three dots, and select Remove.

COM Add-in

1. Open Control Panel, under Programs & Features, select Uninstall a program
2. Find the program labelled ContactMonkey Outlook Add-in
3. Right-click this program and select Uninstall
4. Follow the steps on the screen to remove the program from your device.

Gmail

1. Open Chrome.
2. Go to the Chrome menu by selecting the three dots on the very top right corner of the screen.
3. Select More tools then Extensions, from here locate the ContactMonkey extension labelled Email Tracking, Salesforce & Mail Merge
4. From here, users may choose to switch it off or completely remove it from Chrome
