If you are unable to locate ContactMonkey on your Outlook ribbon, you may need to take another look at your Outlook settings. Take a look at your comm add-ins. Find "ContactMonkey" and check to see if it is enabled. If it isn't be sure to change those settings and refresh your outlook. ContactMonkey should then show up in your Outlook ribbon.
