Sending from Other Email Addresses in Outlook

When sending your internal communications with ContactMonkey, you may want to send it so that it comes from a shared mailbox, e.g. internalcommunications@contactmonkey.com. ContactMonkey inherits your pre-existing permissions within Outlook, meaning all of the mailboxes you currently send 'From' will still be available to use. 

If your shared mailbox doesn't work out-of-the-box with ContactMonkey, it may be that you are actually attempting to send from another full mailbox. If so, please try the following steps:

1. Open a New Message window

2. Click the From dropdown and select 'Other Email Address' 

3. You should see a box as seen below, in the 'From' field you should type the email address you want the email to come from, and Send Using should be your Outlook account - the one connected to ContactMonkey. Note: If there is no Send Using field, it will auto select your Outlook account.

4. Once you click OK, you will see an additional option under the 'From' dropdown fields, which need to select for your mail.
