Premium Feature: Custom Landing Pages for eNPS/Surveys and Events

Once you put an Event, Survey, or eNPS reaction into your communication, your recipients can RSVP, vote, or anonymously comment on a landing page that opens.

There is a default template landing page, but we offer the option to have your participants view a landing page more in line with your brand. You can input your logo and a color scheme that matches your desired look and feel.

Getting Started With Custom Landing Pages

To learn more, contact your customer success manager, message us at support@contactmonkey.com, or request an upgrade from your Custom Settings page in the ContactMonkey dashboard.

 

What Can Be Customized

Customers CAN customize a few things depending on which landing page. The following features have landing pages that can be customized:

  • Surveys
  • Events

We can customize a few different elements within those pages:

  • Header & footer 
  • Text color
  • Text font
  • Background color
  • Button colors
Important note: We can only change the specified elements within the landing pages, such as color and font family. We cannot move the elements to locations different from their default location.

 

Limitations

  • We do not move elements around the page
  • We do not customize the "thank you for your response" message itself.

 

Customizing Survey Landing Pages

Within the Surveys landing page, you can customize the following:

  • Header & footer
    • Headers and footers can be an image you provide or a solid color. 
    • If you provide an image, it must match the dimensions specified below in What You Need To Provide
  • Overall text color
    • You cannot have more than one overall text color.
  • Overall background color
  • Text font family
  • Buttons
    • Button color
    • Button text font family
    • Button text color
  • Thank you message
    • Font family
    • Color
    • You cannot customize the copy of the message itself.

Customizing Events Landing Pages

Within the Events landing pages, the following items can be customized to fit your branding:

  • Header & footer
    • Headers and footers can be an image you provide or a solid color. 
    • If you provide an image, it must match the dimensions specified below in What You Need To Provide
  • Overall text color
    • You cannot have more than one overall text color.
  • Overall background color
  • Text font family
  • Buttons
    • Button color
    • Button text font family
    • Button text color
 

What You Need To Provide

• Colours should be provided as hex codes (IE: #000000)

Fonts should be standard fonts, or the font file (.ttf) must be included 

When you want a custom landing page, you'll need to send the following information to your Customer Success Manager or support@contactmonkey.com:

 

Header/footer images

  • SVG files 
  • Images should be these dimensions:
    • width: 1280 px & height: < = 150 px
    • Or an aspect ratio to be 10:1 for width:height

Colors

  • Colors should be provided as hex codes (IE: #000000).

 

Fonts

  • Fonts should be standard, or the font file (.ttf) must be included.
  • Font Family: (IE: Calibri)
