ContactMonkey’s flexible template creation allows you to customize the look and feel of your internal comms sends- regardless of language. While our interface is in English, we have many different options to allow you to customize your language of choice. Click through for more information!

Option 1: Create Separate Emails
By creating and working off different emails, you are able to customize each of your sends to adhere to different brand designs and languages. To do this, simply click on the "Create New Email" tab at the top of your dashboard and get started. Find a screenshot below of what the two templates look like:
Option 2: Two Languages
The second option is to create one email with more than one language - first half in Language A, the second part in Language B. To toggle between the two, you will need to use anchor links. The final product should look something like this:
Option 3: Hyperlink Buttons within the Email
Another popular option is to send it out in Language A, but have options across the top in your email to link elsewhere. When a recipient clicks on any of the buttons, they can be directed to the template embedded into an existing intranet site. To do this:
1. Create an email in each language of your choice.
2. Download the HTML code for the template by selecting "Export the HTML Email"
3. Import the HTML onto your intranet site.
4. Create a button in your main email, and link it to the imported HTML site.
Your template could look something like this:
