Using Gmail and ContactMonkey

Use ContactMonkey and our in-app Gmail integration to schedule and send responsive employee newsletters from Gmail to your existing Google Groups and employee mailing lists.

With ContactMonkey’s updated Gmail sending process you no longer have to rely on the Google Chrome Extension to send your employee newsletters. This will enable you to have a more reliable Gmail sending process, the ability to integrate your HRIS for managing lists, and much more.

Not using Gmail for your internal communications? Check out our Outlook 365 or Outlook OWA options.

Gmail Dashboard Sending is replacing our Chrome Extension.

Moving forward, we will not be enhancing the Chrome Extension. Not sure which you’re using? Reach out to support@contactmonkey.com or check your Chrome Extensions.

Gmail Dashboard Sending vs Chrome Extension for Gmail

With ContactMonkey’s updated Gmail sending process, you no longer have to rely on the Chrome Extension for Gmail to send your employee newsletters. This will give you a much more reliable Gmail sending process, the ability to integrate your HRIS for managing lists, and much more.

What’s changed:

    • Sending emails more reliably from directly within ContactMonkey (no more need to open Gmail and send from there after creating your email!)
    • Create, send, and track everything in one place.
    • Newsletters will still be sent using your existing Gmail infrastructure
