Read through for an in-depth breakdown of the individual sent email report. An individual-sent email report will appear on your dashboard when you send an email using “individual” tracking. Please note that this sent email report will appear once the last recipient on your list has received the email.
Sending Information
Subject: The subject heading you used for the communication within Outlook.
Delivered: The time your first email was delivered (REMINDER: Individual emails send out one email every 2 seconds).
View Email: This lets you view the HTML file you sent as part of your communication.
Sent by: The ContactMonkey user that clicked “send and track” on the email.
Sent from: The desired mailbox in which the email was sent from within Outlook (e.g internalcomms@contactmonkey.com). Learn more on how to send from a shared mailbox here.

Data Overview
Recipients: The total number of recipients within the lists you have sent to.
Unique Opens: The number of email addresses that opened the email at least once.
Unique Clicks: The number of email addresses that clicked at least one URL embedded in the email.
Engagement Distribution Timeline
By default, a 24-hour visual performance graph. Tracks when you receive, opens and clicks on your email. The ideal end result here is an immediate peak in the graph showing we received high levels of engagement at the time of sending - meaning we sent it at an optimal time.
PRO TIP:
Experiment with different send times to gain insight into the send times that generate the most amount of engagement. The more time an email spends unopened in an inbox, the less chance there is of that being opened.
Opens
Unique Opens: The number of email addresses that opened the email at least once.
Multiple Opens: The number of email addresses that opened the email more than once.
Total Opens: The total number of times any email address opened the email.
Unopened: The number of email addresses that have not opened the email.
Clicks
Unique Clicks: The number of email addresses that clicked at least one URL embedded in the email. Learn more on how to embed attachments or links here.
Multiple Clicks: The number of email addresses that clicked more than one URL embedded in the email.
Total Clicks: The total number of clicks received on all URLs embedded in the email.
Clicks Per Unique Open: The number of email addresses that have clicked on a URL out of the number of recipients that have opened the email at least once.
Devices
Desktop: The percentage of recipients that opened the email for the first time on a desktop device.
Mobile: The percentage of recipients that opened the email for the first time on a mobile device. Check out this article on how to create mobile-responsive templates.
Read Time
This premium add-on feature allows you to further understand audience behaviour by analyzing time spent reading the communication. ContactMonkey measures the activity of each recipient for the first 10 seconds after opening the email and have segmented this into these three categories:
Glanced 1-3 seconds
Skimmed: >3-9 seconds
Read: >9 seconds

Read Time is currently only available for Outlook Users.
Most Engaged Recipients
On the surface, this bucket will display your 5 most engaged recipients (by the number of opens). By clicking “view all” you can expand this list to the full recipient list and toggle between most engaged and least engaged by clicking on the “opens” column. By clicking on an individual's email address within the list, you can see exactly how each recipient engaged with the email.
Best Performing Locations
This provides you with a breakdown of the different regions that have opened and clicked on your email. To expand the list of cities within a region, simply click the country for a drop-down list.
Best Performing Links
An overview of URL activity within your email. Any URL (whether a button, video, image etc.) embedded within the email will appear here showing you the differing levels of engagement of each. You can view who has clicked on it by clicking “view all” and then clicking the arrow on the very right of the URL.
Employee NPS and Surveys
This is a great opportunity to enable two-way communication between you and your recipients. You are able to see the responses and comments in one convenient place. Check out this article to learn how to incorporate these features into your emails easily.
Your recipients will also have the option to add an anonymous comment alongside their vote and this feedback can be viewed by clicking the comments drop-down menu.
Be sure to reach out to your account manager if you have any questions about the individual campaign report. Happy Sending!
