Our team identified two issues affecting the Non-Office 365 Add-in that were identified and resolved over the weekend. A fix is now available, and the new Add-in must be installed.
Button Link Shifting in Campaign Sends
- Issue: In emails sent via ContactMonkey, recipients using Classic Outlook for Windows Desktop (versions 2016 and 2019) may have experienced an issue where button links appeared in the wrong order.
- Impact: This caused users to be directed to incorrect links when clicking buttons.

Survey Question Compatibility Issue
- Issue: When combining Text or Poll survey question types in the same row as other survey types (e.g., emoji, thumbs, rating), the surveys sent correctly in test mode but did not function as expected in live sends.
- Impact: No error message was shown, but the affected surveys did not work in the final campaign.

How to Update the Non-Office 365 Add-in
- Click this link
- Select Non Office 365
- Open the file once the download is complete
- Select Repair ContactMonkey Add-in in the setup wizard → Finish
- Close the setup wizard when the installation is complete
- Open Classic Outlook
- Click the ContactMonkey tab in your ribbon
- Verify that the version is 1.7.7.58
