There are a few reasons why your hyperlink may not work when you embed and test it within ContactMonkey. Check that each of these is not why your links won't work.
Important Note: Please make sure you are testing your link by using the Preview option in the email builder or Send & Track. Not all links may be live when using the Send Test feature.
1. Spaces within the link
While spaces may register within your internal system, they can cause issues within the platform.
2. Length of the link
If your link is too long, our system may not recognize it. To shorten a link, you can use the bit.ly, website and see if that works for you.
3. Using a previously tracked link
If your link is copied from an email that was already sent within ContactMonkey you may see an error.
