Get Approval
Before you send, ensure your email has been approved by all relevant members of the team via revision comments and the collaboration feature. -
Access The Sending Dashboard
Login to your ContactMonkey account using Sign in with Google. Select Emails in to the top navigation, and then click Compose & Send in the top right corner. -
Enter Your 'Send From' Email
Decide on the sender of your communication and who the email is going to. Sending from a shared mailbox?

Send A Test
Send yourself or a teammate by entering your emails in the 'Send To' field.
Things to check before sending out:
- Sender: Check it is coming from the right sender
- Format: Check if the template is formatting correctly. Check both desktop and mobile devices.
- Links: Check to see if all the links work
- Emoji & eNPS: emoji reactions are working and are linked to the question

Enter Your 'Send To' Recipients
Once a test is sent and you are good to go, decide on whether you are sending to a CSV file or Google Group. Sending to a Google group or CSV file?

Select Your Tracking Preferences
Decide on your tracking preferences - Track Aggregate On or Track Aggregate Off?

Select "Send & Track" or "Schedule"
