ContactMonkey has two products available to clients- the Internal Communications tool and the Sales tool. If you are an internal communications professional working with our customer success team, your organization has signed up for the internal communications platform.
During installation within your Outlook, you may notice the sidebar looks different than what you're used to:
There may be a couple of reasons for this.
- You need to be invited to your organization's ContactMonkey system. More info here.
- Your email is incorrect: Log out and sign in via SSO to see if the email in your system matches ours.
