When you first open the ContactMonkey 365 Add-in, you'll be asked to select your data region. If you select the wrong one, you'll see an access denied error and won't be able to log in.
Understanding Data Regions
Your region selection must match where your organization's ContactMonkey data is hosted, not your physical location.
Example: If you're located in Europe but your company's data is hosted in the US region, you must select the US region.

Fix the Access Denied Error
- Click the ContactMonkey icon in your Outlook ribbon
- Click Reset Region
- Wait 3-5 seconds
- Reopen the Add-in and select your desired region
- Log in using your preferred method
Important: Double-check that you've logged in with the correct email address associated with your ContactMonkey account.
