Issues
When sharing links from Microsoft's cloud service, customers may encounter issues with the length of the shared link or the security. This is usually due to which links are being used.
Customers may experience links being cut off or shortened, leading customers to Denied Access pages.
Reason
When sharing links, Microsoft has a great tutorial about their proper practice that can be found on their website.
Customers are highly recommended not to copy the URL from their browser when sharing documents from Office 365, Sharepoint, or Microsoft 365. This is because the URL contains additional information, including the email used to sign in and other data, which makes the link extraordinarily long and can provide additional information that the sender did not mean to provide.
Solution
Customers should instead follow Microsoft's best practices by looking for the Share icon and using it to generate a link. This link can then be used within your ContactMonkey Templates without issue.
This can be found within the document:
It can also be found within the Sharepoint, Office 365, or Microsoft 365 file management view.
