Submitting New Feedback
Access Product Feedback
- Click your name in the top right corner of your ContactMonkey dashboard
- Select Product Feedback from the dropdown menu
Create Your Feedback
- Click the blue plus icon or start typing in the Share your feedback... field
- As you type, the system automatically searches existing feedback to prevent duplicates
- If you find similar existing feedback, skip to the Upvoting Existing Feedback section below
Complete Your Submission
If your feedback is unique, provide these details:
Title: Write a clear, descriptive summary of your suggestion
Additional Information: Include context, use cases, or specific details about your request
Category: Select the ContactMonkey feature area your feedback relates to
- If you don't see the right category, contact product@contactmonkey.com
Importance Level: Rate how critical this feature is for your workflow
Timeline: Indicate when you'd ideally like to see this implemented
Important Notes:
- Marking feedback as urgent or ASAP doesn't guarantee immediate development
- For truly urgent needs, contact your Customer Success Manager directly
- All feedback is reviewed, but inclusion in the product roadmap depends on multiple factors
Upvoting Existing Feedback
Find Similar Feedback
When you start typing, ContactMonkey automatically searches for matching suggestions. If you see relevant existing feedback:
- Review: Click on the feedback item to read the full description
- Upvote: Click the up arrow icon to add your vote
Why Upvote Instead of Duplicate?
- Upvoting consolidates similar requests and shows stronger demand
- Your vote carries the same weight as submitting new feedback
- The Product team can better prioritize features with clear vote counts
- If you accidentally submit duplicate feedback, don't worry - the team consolidates duplicates while preserving all votes
