Have an idea for an improvement you would like to see in ContactMonkey? Below is a handy guide for how you can submit your feedback, view any feedback that has previously been submitted and add your thoughts/add your name to the requests on it.
How To Submit Feedback In ContactMonkey
To submit feedback in ContactMonkey, first start by:
- clicking on your name in the top right-hand corner of your account and
- from the drop-down menu, select Product Feedback.
- Start typing your feedback where it indicates “Share your feedback…” or click on the blue plus icon.
The moment you start typing your feedback, your input will search our database of previously submitted feedback. If you see previously submitted feedback that matches what you are inputting, please see the below section on “How to Upvote Feedback in ContactMonkey”.
If the feedback you are submitting does not match any previous feedback submissions, continue typing.
As the inputs suggest, a short descriptive title and any additional information you can provide to complement your feedback submission is ideal. In addition to a title and additional information you will also be asked to indicate:
- Category: this corresponds to specific areas in the ContactMonkey platform. Please select the area of the platform your feedback is tied to. If you do not see the category you need, please reach out to product@contactmonkey.com.
- How important is this to you?: an indicator of urgency behind your request.*
- How soon do you want this?: an indicator of an approximate and ideal timeline for your request to be available in ContactMonkey.**
*If your feedback is urgent, we will do our best as an organization to review it. However, urgency is not a guarantee that your feedback will be actioned on and included in our product roadmap.Please speak with your Customer Success Manager if something is urgent.

How To Upvote Feedback In ContactMonkey
As you start to type your feedback, your input will begin to scan our database of previously submitted feedback.
If you notice that feedback already exists for what you are submitting, you can either click into the feedback to see the full description of the previously submitted feedback, or click on the up arrow icon to “upvote” this feedback.
Upvoting functions the same as you submitting feedback that already exists. If you submit feedback that already exists, this is ok! Please note, however, that our team will consolidate any duplicate pieces of feedback in the background (any upvotes received on your feedback will still be counted).
