Customers looking to integrate Microsoft SSO with ContactMonkey can do so straightforwardly by utilizing Microsoft's Oauth2 process. This process differs from the SAML process, which may require settings such as SSO Entity ID, Reply URL, and Logout URL to be provided by the application publisher. ContactMonkey does not use SAML authentication with Microsoft SSO
Authentication and Setup
The user must authenticate to our Azure Enterprise application for our add-in to function. Administrators
- Administrators must confirm with ContactMonkey or the ContactMonkey Administrator within their organization about what region they have opted to host the application data. This would be the Data Region that the end users sign into within the ContactMonkey Dashboards, and it can be the USA, Europe, Canada, or Australia.
Note: This is different from the location where the end user is signing in, meaning that a user in the UK could have their Data Region in the USA. - Sign in to the Entra Admin Center: https://entra.microsoft.com/
- The Azure Admin will need to locate the [TenantID] from the Microsoft Entra Admin Center
- Have an Azure admin consent to the Enterprise application associated with your chosen region using one of the following URLs. Replace [TenantID] with your Azure Tenant ID.

After reviewing and accepting the permissions, you can now manage the application from your tenant's Enterprise Applications
- Administrators can now also assign users or mail-enabled security groups to the application so that they are pre-approved for access. Administrators can also ensure that only assigned users and groups can authenticate to the application
