ContactMonkey needs permission to access your Gmail account to send campaigns and track emails. If you're experiencing sending errors or need to refresh your connection, follow these steps to revoke and re-grant access.
Step 1: Revoke ContactMonkey access
- Visit your Google account's third-party apps & services page to view connected applications
- Look for ContactMonkey in the list
- Don't see ContactMonkey listed? This means access hasn't been granted yet. Skip to Step 2 below.
- Click on ContactMonkey
- Click Delete all connections you have with ContactMonkey
- Click Confirm in the pop-up window

Step 2: Grant ContactMonkey access
Choose either method below:
Method 1: Sign in through the Dashboard
- Go to your ContactMonkey dashboard (US | EU | AU | CA)
- If you're already logged in, sign out by clicking your name in the top right corner and selecting Log Out
- Click Log in with Google
- If prompted to select permissions, choose Select all
