This can occur when a user has Smart Justification enabled in their Outlook settings. Here's how to disable these settings:
- In Outlook Desktop, click File > Options > Mail > Editor Options > Advanced and then uncheck the Use Advanced Typography checkbox.
- To turn off only Use Smart Justification or Use Hyphenation individually, uncheck the corresponding check box.
- The sender can disable the features for the outgoing emails they create by checking "Disable Advanced Typography for outgoing mail", and those settings will not be overwritten by settings on the recipient's computer.
