This can occur when a user has Smart Justification enabled in their Outlook settings. Here's how to disable these settings:
- In Outlook Desktop, click File > Options > Mail > Editor Options > Advanced and then uncheck the Use Advanced Typography checkbox.
- To turn off only Use Smart Justification or Use Hyphenation individually, uncheck the corresponding check box.
- The sender can disable the features for the emails they create, and those settings will not be overwritten by settings on the recipient's computer.
