The Video content block makes it easy to include YouTube and Vimeo videos in your emails. Simply paste your video URL, and Email Builder will automatically create an engaging video preview with a play button that links to your content.
What You Need
- A public YouTube or Vimeo video URL

How to Add a Video
- Drag the Video content block into an empty row in your email
- Click Enter URL to open the properties menu on the right
- Enter the YouTube/Vimeo link in the Url field
- The Editor automatically:
- Pulls the video's thumbnail image
- Adds a play button overlay
- Creates a link to the original video
Customizing Your Video Preview
Once your video loads, you can customize the play button:
- Style: Choose from different play button designs
- Color: Match your brand colors
- Size: Adjust to fit your layout

Video thumbnail not appearing?
- Ensure your video is public (not password-protected)
- Verify the URL is complete and correctly formatted
- Check that the video is hosted on YouTube or Vimeo
