The Email Builder includes a built-in image editor that lets you crop, rotate, resize, apply filters, add text and stickers to your images—all without leaving the tool.
Accessing the Image Editor
- Select any image in your email draft
- Click the Apply effects in the properties menu on the right
Image Editor Features
Filter
Apply colored filters to enhance your images. You can combine multiple filters for unique effects.
Resize
Manually set specific pixel dimensions for your image. Enter your desired width and height values.
Crop
Crop images to different aspect ratios or specific dimensions to better fit your email layout.
Transform
Rotate or flip your image orientation (90°, 180°, 270°, or mirror).
Draw
Add freehand drawings with different colors and line thickness directly on your image.
Text
Overlay text on your images using ContactMonkey's available fonts. Perfect for creating custom graphics or adding captions. Click + → gear icon to apply more effects (shadow, color, outline, background, texture, gradient, opacity).
Shapes
Add shapes like arrows, circles, rectangles, and ovals to highlight important areas or create callouts. Click + → gear icon to apply more effects (shadow, color, outline, background, texture, gradient, opacity).
Stickers
Choose from a library of stickers to add fun elements to your images. Click + → gear icon to apply more effects (shadow, color, outline, background, texture, gradient, opacity).
Frame
Add decorative picture frames around your images for a polished look. Click the gear icon to adjust its size.
Corners
Create rounded corners on your images. For best results, use PNG images with transparent backgrounds.
Important Notes
- Always use JPG or PNG formats for best compatibility
- For circular images, PNG with a transparent background works best
- The image editor preserves your original file while creating an edited version for your email
