Embedding files in your ContactMonkey emails allows you to share documents while tracking engagement. You can link files to buttons, text links, or images.
Why Embed Files Instead of Attaching Directly?
File size limits:
- Direct attachments in Outlook: 4MB maximum
- Embedded files in ContactMonkey: 20MB maximum
Tracking benefits: When you embed files, ContactMonkey tracks click rates so you can see which attachments recipients are opening.
