ContactMonkey integrates directly with Outlook, allowing you to use your existing Active Directory distribution lists when sending emails.

1. Open a new message in Outlook
2. Open the ContactMonkey Add-in
3. Enter the name of your desired distribution list(s) directly in the To field
4. Alternatively, click the To button and select All Distribution Lists
5. Click the + symbol beside your desired distribution list(s)
6. Click Save
7. Click Count Recipients in the Add-in to verify the list(s) expanded correctly

Important: The To field automatically functions as BCC. Recipients won't see each other's email addresses, so you can leave the CC and BCC fields blank - more information here.
