Outlook Desktop – O365 Web add-in
- Open the Outlook app
- Click on Home in the top navigation bar and then click the All Apps button
- Click Add Apps and then click Manage your apps in the bottom left corner of the new popup that opens
- From here, find ContactMonkey, click the three dots, and select Remove
Outlook on the Web (OWA) – O365 Web add-in
- In your preferred browser, go to https://aka.ms/olksideload. This opens Outlook on the web, then loads the Add-Ins for Outlook dialog after a few seconds.
- Click on My add-ins in the left navigation and find ContactMonkey
- Click on the three dots in the bottom right corner of the ContactMonkey add-in and select Remove
COM Add-in
- Open Control Panel, under Programs & Features, select Uninstall a program
- Find the program labelled ContactMonkey Outlook Add-in
- Right-click this program and select Uninstall
- Follow the steps on the screen to remove the program from your device.
Gmail
- Open Chrome.
- Go to the Chrome menu by selecting the three dots on the very top right corner of the screen.
- Select More tools then Extensions, from here locate the ContactMonkey extension labelled Email Tracking, Salesforce & Mail Merge
- From here, users may choose to switch it off or completely remove it from Chrome
