How to Uninstall ContactMonkey?

If you are looking to remove ContactMonkey from your email, follow the instructions below based on your current email platform.

Outlook Desktop – O365 Web add-in

1. Open the Outlook app
2. Click on Home in the top navigation bar and then click the All Apps button
3. Click Add Apps and then click Manage your apps in the bottom left corner of the new popup that opens
4. From here, find ContactMonkey, click the three dots, and select Remove 

Outlook on the Web (OWA) – O365 Web add-in

1. In your preferred browser, go to https://aka.ms/olksideload. This opens Outlook on the web and then loads the Add-Ins for Outlook dialog after a few seconds.
2. Click on My add-ins in the left navigation and find ContactMonkey
3. Click on the three dots in the bottom right corner of the ContactMonkey add-in and select Remove
   
   

COM (Non Office 365) Add-in

1. Open Control Panel, under Programs & Features, select Uninstall a program
2. Find the program labeled ContactMonkey Outlook Add-in
3. Right-click this program and select Uninstall
4. Follow the steps on the screen to remove the program from your device.
