Troubleshoot Inaccurate Counts
If your recipient count seems incorrect when using a distribution list, your expansion method may need adjustment.
Common causes:
- Distribution list is hosted on-premise (limited API support)
- Utility account hasn't been configured
- Wrong expansion method selected for your list type
Solution:
Your IT administrator must set up distribution list expansion. This allows ContactMonkey to retrieve individual recipient details from your Outlook distribution lists.
