When recipients interact with surveys or events in your emails, they're directed to a landing page to respond or RSVP. ContactMonkey provides default landing page templates, but customers can customize these pages to match their brand identity.

What's Included
For both Survey and Event landing pages, you can customize:
- Headers and footers - Use a custom image or solid color
- Text color - One overall color for all text
- Text font family - Choose your brand's font
- Background color - Set the page background
- Buttons - Customize button color, text font, and text color
- Thank you message (Surveys only) - Adjust font family and color
Customization Limitations
To maintain landing page functionality and consistency:
- Elements cannot be moved from their default positions
- Only colors and font families can be changed
- You cannot have multiple text colors on one page
- The thank you message wording cannot be customized (font and color only)
Required Assets and Information
When you're ready to customize your landing pages, send the following to your Customer Success Manager:
Header/Footer Images:
- File types: SVG, JPG, or PNG
- Dimensions:
1280pxwidth ×150pxor less height - Aspect ratio: 10:1 (width:height)
Colors:
- Provide as hex codes (example:
#000000)
Fonts:
- Use standard fonts, or
- Provide font file (.ttf format) for custom fonts
