When using ContactMonkey with the Outlook desktop app or Outlook Web Access (OWA), two simple interface adjustments will give you more workspace and easier access to ContactMonkey features.
Move the Reading Pane
Moving the reading pane provides more screen space for composing emails with ContactMonkey. This does not apply to Classic Outlook, as new messages always open in a new window without the pane.
- Open the Outlook desktop app and/or load OWA in your browser
- Click the Settings icon (gear icon) in the top-right corner
- Enter "reading pane" in the search bar
- Select Bottom
- Click Save

Pin the ContactMonkey Icon to Your Ribbon
By default, the ContactMonkey icon does not appear in the ribbon when you open a new message. Pinning it saves you time by giving you instant access.
- Open a new message in the Outlook desktop app/OWA
- Click Apps
- Right-click ContactMonkey
- Select Pin
