Customize how ContactMonkey emails appear on your SharePoint pages to match your organization's branding and communication needs.
Before You Begin
Required Permission: You must have Site Owner permissions for the SharePoint site where the web part is embedded.
Important: Customizations apply to individual web parts only. Each web part must be customized separately—there's no way to apply settings across all web parts at once.
Available Customization Options
You can customize three aspects of your ContactMonkey SharePoint web part:
- Email Display Limit – Control how many emails appear (1-20)
- Author Name Visibility – Show or hide the sender's name
- Background Color – Match your SharePoint site's branding

- Click Edit (usually in the top right corner)
- Click the web part and select Edit Properties

- Select from your SharePoint site's preset brand colors:
- Primary – Your main brand color
