Clearing your browser's cache and cookies can resolve many common issues with ContactMonkey, including login problems, display errors, and outdated content. This guide walks you through the process for Chrome, Firefox, and Edge.
Note: Safari generally works for light dashboard use, but it isn't recommended as your primary browser.
Why Clear Cache and Cookies?
Your browser stores temporary files (cache) and small data files (cookies) to speed up browsing. However, these files can sometimes cause issues:
- Outdated cache may display old versions of pages instead of current content
- Corrupted cookies can prevent you from logging in or accessing features
- Conflicting data may cause unexpected behavior in the dashboard or email editor
Clearing these files gives you a fresh start and often resolves technical issues.
