How to Convert a Multi-Language Email
- In your email library, click Actions beside your multi-language email
- Click Edit Settings
- Toggle OFF the Multi-language email setting

A confirmation modal will appear with this warning:
"This action will permanently delete all translations and cannot be undone. Do you want to continue?"
- Click Remove Translations to proceed with the conversion
- Click Save changes

What Happens Next
Content that remains:
- Everything from your primary language version
- Email structure and layout
- Images and links
- Any surveys or RSVP events
Content that is deleted:
- All secondary language translations
- Translated button labels
- Translated alt text
- Any language-specific variations
- The language drop-down menu in the Email Builder is no longer visible
