The Saved Rows feature helps your team work faster and maintain brand consistency. By saving frequently used rows like headers, footers, or branded content blocks, you can quickly add them to any communication.
How to Save a Row
- In the Email Builder, select your desired row
- A set of blue icons will appear in the top right corner of that row's container
- Click the floppy disk to save
- In the pop-up window, give your row a descriptive Name and assign it a Category (
Header,Body, orFooter) - Click Save
Team Access Note: Saved Rows are shared across your entire team. Any team member with access to the Email Builder can use them.

How to Insert a Saved Row
- Click Rows in the Email Builder
- Locate your desired saved row by using the drop-down menu
- Drag the row from the sidebar directly into your campaign on the left-hand side

How to Edit or Delete a Saved Row
- Click the Rows tab in the Email Builder
- Click the three-dot menu to the bottom right of your desired row
- Choose an Action
- Edit Info: Select this to open a pop-up where you can change the row's Name and Category.
- Delete: Select this to permanently remove the saved row.
Warning: Deleting a saved row is a permanent action and cannot be undone. The row will be removed for you and all team members.

Troubleshooting Tips
Having trouble saving a row? If the save feature isn't working, it might be due to an ad blocker extension in your web browser. Try temporarily disabling it for the ContactMonkey site and then attempt to save the row again.
