The View Email/Preview link lets you preview and download the HTML version of your sent emails. This link appears on the Data Overview page for campaigns built using the ContactMonkey Email Builder.

Why "View Email"/"Preview" is Missing
The View Email link becomes unavailable when:
- You composed the email directly in Outlook or Gmail
- The email wasn't created in the Email Builder
ContactMonkey can't generate an HTML preview for these emails because the system doesn't capture the complete HTML structure. Without the full HTML, the platform can only track basic metrics like opens and clicks.
