While you can access the ContactMonkey dashboard on mobile devices, we strongly recommend using a desktop for creating and sending emails.

- Full control over tracking settings (Individual, Anonymous, and Overall tracking)
- Ability to upload CSVs and manage contact lists
- Access to all email features like merge fields, dynamic content, and surveys
- Easier preview and testing workflows
Best Practice
Create and edit your emails on a desktop device. You can view sent email analytics and basic dashboard information on mobile, but avoid building or sending new campaigns from mobile devices to ensure the best results.
If you need to send emails while away from your desktop, consider scheduling sends in advance or using the ContactMonkey dashboard on a tablet with a larger screen.
