Issue Description
Organizations that are not integrated with any utility accounts for distribution list expansion receive an error when clicking Send Test → "To" Field Contacts in the Outlook 365 Add-in. The error incorrectly instructs users to switch to Overall tracking, regardless of the tracking method they have selected.
Who's Affected
Organizations that send exclusively via CSV uploads or List Management contact lists and have not integrated Graph Utility Account or EWS Utility Account.
Temporary Workaround
Two alternatives are available while our team works on a fix:
- Use "Send & Track" instead — Enter your desired test recipients in the To field and click Send & Track (must have Overall tracking selected)
- Send the test to your own email address — Click Send Test → My Email Address instead of populating the To field
