Issue Description
Some organizations may notice that campaigns sent using Individual Tracking are not expanding distribution lists to capture an accurate recipient count, despite having an active utility account integration. Instead of listing each recipient separately in the data overview, each list is being treated as a single contact, causing campaign analytics to display incorrect click/open data.
What's Affected
- Select email campaigns sent on March 19, 2026
- Campaign analytics — recipient counts will appear incorrect, along with click/open data
- Email delivery — results are inconsistent
Temporary Workaround
To capture accurate open and click data while this issue is being investigated, please use a CSV file instead for your recipient list.
