Overview

To authenticate Namely, you will need to provide the following information:

• API token
• Subdomain

This guide will walk you through finding or creating those credentials within Namely.

Prerequisites

You must be an admin in Namely in order to generate an API token.

Instructions

Step 1: Navigate to API tokens

1. Login to Namely
2. Navigate to your profile settings
3. Click on API tokens

Step 2: Generate an API Token

1. Click Generate new token
2. Copy the token and your subdomain (the part of your Namely URL before .namely.com) and add them to the linking flow
