Overview

To authenticate Lucca, you will need to provide the following information:

• API key
• Subdomain

This guide will walk you through finding or creating those credentials within Lucca.

Prerequisites

1. You must be an Admin in Lucca

In order to generate an API token.

Instructions

Step 1: Navigate to API key section

1. Login to Lucca
2. Navigate to Administration
3. Click on Integrations
4. Click API keys

Step 2: Create an API Key

1. Click Create an API Key
2. Name your API key
3. Select all needed permissions
4. Copy the API key

Step 3: Find your subdomain

1. Your Lucca subdomain is the part of the URL before .ilucca.net. For example: if your URL is testcompany.ilucca.net, your subdomain is testcompany
